Title: Event Planner II Duration: 12 months Location: Foster City, CA 94404 Job Description Produces pre-event communications and post-event analysis, including event metrics. Manages and executes conference/meeting registration, housing, and ad hoc meeting requests for Client participants. Coordinates shipping and receiving of convention and meeting supplies and equipment (e.g., booth materials, registration materials, advisory board materials). Coordinates and leads workgroup meetings involving cross-functional teams. Conducts site visits and evaluates vendor services and venues based on industry standards and stakeholder requirements. Manages event budgets and makes budgetary decisions based on experience and perceived value. Handles budget responsibilities including initiating purchase orders, processing check requests and honorariums, and generating monthly expenditure reports for accrual meetings. May be on-site to manage booth setup/dismantling, registration badge and material distribution, and on-site meeting/event logistics via the Client Business Center. Regularly interacts with Commercial leaders to ensure correct materials are distributed to the field. About Net2Source, Inc.
