As and Insurance Agent at Rojas Financial, you will work with clients to identify their insurance needs and offer them tailored solutions. You will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships, provide expert advice, and ensure clients have peace of mind with the right coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Sell a range of insurance products, which include life and health with over 30 different insurance companies to choose from.
• Identify potential clients through networking, leads, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Conduct policy reviews with clients to ensure adequate coverage.
• Customize insurance plans to meet clients' unique needs.
• Educate clients on insurance policy options and benefits.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
• Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
• Sale experience is a plus
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• No experience is necessary, we will train you on everything
