Seeking a talented Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our dental team!

Compensation: $23-$28 per hour

Benefits: Medical, 401K with employer contribution, PTO , Bonuses

Schedule: Shifts alternate throughout the week between: opening shift- 7am to 3:30pm and closing shift 7:30am to 4:30pm.

To be considered for our Dental Patient Care Coordinator position you must have:

• Experience working front office
• Strong understanding of insurance, billing and treatment scheduling and planning
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• The ability to work closely with team members, doctors and business team to strategize and build an awesome practice

Duties for our Dental Patient Care Coordinator include :

• Appointment scheduling and patient communication through phone, email, and patient outreach software
• Plan and coordinate insurance benefits as well as appointments
• Making sure production and hygiene schedules are optimized to meet our goals
• Work collaboratively with dentist and business team to create a seamless experience for patients
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
• Perform general office duties and other duties as required
