We are looking for a part-time meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team based in Bardstown, Kentucky. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our databases and systems in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input AP/AR data into JD Edwards from Macola system.

• Assist with system implementation to ensure smooth transition and functionality.

• Maintain and update customer records in the database, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Handle customer inquiries, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

• Ensure all data entry tasks are performed in accordance with set standards and timelines.

• Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes and systems.

• Use your data entry skills to enhance and streamline our operations.

• Regularly review work to identify and correct errors, ensuring the highest level of data accuracy.

• Proficient in Data Entry with a high level of accuracy and speed.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies in data.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of information.
• Experience in administrative or clerical roles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on data.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration or relevant field is a plus.
