Tutu School is a quaint boutique of a ballet school that provides a creative dance education experience for children from 18 months to 8 years-old. It is a place where students are urged to fully exercise their imaginations as well as their bodies, and where we not only focus on teaching children age-appropriate motor skills and the fundamental principles of ballet, but also expose them to the world of classical music and the enchanting stories of famous ballets.

We require our teachers to have a strong background in dance, great communication skills, and a commitment to our carefully crafted curriculum. Desired Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Ballet/dancing: 3 years (Required)

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents
- Teaching experience, especially in dance or ballet
- Classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment
- Experience working with children and adults in an educational setting

Responsibilities
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Utilize strong communication skills to provide constructive feedback and guidance to students.
- Incorporate ballet techniques and principles into dance lessons to enhance students' skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate performances and events showcasing students' progress.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 20 per week
