Customs Entry Processing Specialist - First fully Onsite, then Hybrid Opportunity 3x a week onsite (Camden, NJ, 12 month contract, offering $28-32/hr W2) - Automotive Manufacturing Organization

Our corporate automotive manufacturing & retail client is looking to hire a Customs Entry Processing Specialist to support both their finished goods and parts teams.

This role would require someone with:

  • Strong exposure to Customs Entry, Customs Brokerage, Global Trade Management, and international shipping requirements and terminology.
  • Hands on experience working with HTS codes MANDATORY, especially working with customs brokers.
  • Advanced excel experience or exposure to SQL, data visualization, normalization, validation, entry, and cleaning techniques, knowledge of the automotive industry especially car parts.
  • Experience and communication skills to work directly with INTERNAL customers (phone, email, chat) and gather / document data in an efficient and concise manner. Along with EXTERNAL vendors (working with customs brokers)

This is a 12-month fulltime contract (7.5hrs/day 5 days a week) onsite 3x a week in Camden, NJ paying $32/hr W2 (wed/fri work from home after 30-60 days fully onsite for training).
