  • Contract Duration: 6-months
  • Worksite Location: Spokane, WA
  • Work Schedule:  On-site Tuesday–Thursday | Remote Monday and Friday
  • Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm
  • Compensation: $16.00-$18.00 per hour, W2
Customer Experience Representative Job Description:
As a Customer Experience Representative, you are responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will be a part of an elite team of professionals who are dedicated to ensuring the customer’s experience is positive and memorable.

What you’ll do as the Customer Experience Representative:
  • Provide timely customer service responses
  • Follow customer support guidelines as established by customer experience supervisor
  • Answer customer inquiries, diagnoses and resolves customer issues
  • Fulfill customer service requests via phone, email, email, chat, or in person
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships and excellent customer service
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Develop and document knowledge into helpful content
  • Maintain a sound understanding and adherence to the 509 quality policies
  • Must be proficient or able to learn the use of Netsuite ERP system
  • Be a knowledge expert with the 509 products and provide product information
  • Work closely with other departments including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customer needs are being met and products are being developed in a customer centric manner
What you’ll bring to the Customer Experience Representative role:
  • High School degree or equivalent education 
  • 1-3+ years of customer service or related experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including active listening
  • Proven initiative and creative approaches to problem solving
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
  • Experienced with MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Goal oriented
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
