What will you do? The Senior Project Manager is a key role within the Creative Services team. This person is responsible for the workflows and processes that keep projects organized and moving efficiently through the creative process. A project manager is equal parts organizer, negotiator, taskmaster, budgeter and quality assurer. They manage relationships and shepherding of tasks with cross-functional teams, define project scopes and expectations, and oversee the tools we use to coordinate and structure projects.

This position requires experience managing creative teams and resources, either in an in-house or agency environment. Candidates will have significant experience using project management software tools, developing workflows, and coaching/managing teams of other project managers. Their experience may also include accounts roles, where they have coordinated the needs of external clients with internal creative resources.

This role will also play a key part in our new product innovation process, driving cross-functional milestones from product development through to creative/marketing execution, to successfully launch new items.

• Intake forms and creative briefs created for all common creative request types
• Clear review and feedback processes established for different creative projects and stakeholders
• SOPs established for scoping incoming projects, translating into sub-tasks, and setting milestones
• New product innovation launch process standardized and timelines managed in collaboration with cross-functional teams Task timing and lead times standardized, aligned on with stakeholders, and maintained across requests
• Repeatable processes developed and implemented for common and recurring projects
• Creative Services data-tracking and monthly reporting established to measure efficiency and performance changes over time

What will you need?

• 5+ years of experience in creative project management, in-house or agency environment Proven experience coaching and managing more junior project managers
• Expertise in project management tools (eg. Asana, Basecamp, Jira etc)
• Proven experience designing and implementing creative workflows
• Understanding of project management and creative process best practices
• Strong soft skills and emotional intelligence, and experience managing different work styles and objectives of clients, creatives, and other stakeholders
• Experience sourcing, hiring, and managing external resources and contractors
• Experience with CPG/retail brands and commercialization process of new products a plus
