About the Role: As the Content and Media Coordinator you will oversee and execute paid media campaigns across multiple advertising channels to promote our products and services, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth. You will work closely with internal teams, including content, product marketing, and design, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities: - Paid Media Campaign Management:
Oversee and execute paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on programmatic advertising.
Develop, optimize, and track campaigns to ensure they align with business objectives and deliver a positive ROI. - Cross-Channel Strategy & Execution:
Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to create cohesive and impactful messaging across all media channels. Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging in every ad, post, and campaign. - Campaign Performance & Optimization:
Continuously monitor the performance of paid media campaigns, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide regular reporting to key stakeholders and adjust campaign strategies based on performance data. - Content Integration for Paid Media:
Work closely with the product marketing team to integrate relevant content assets (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) into paid campaigns, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and enhance lead generation efforts. - Budget Management:
Assist in the management of the paid media budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and optimal allocation across campaigns. Work with the finance and marketing teams to ensure adherence to campaign budgets and forecast spend accurately. - Vendor & Platform Management:
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and media platforms to execute campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships to stay up-to-date on platform features and new opportunities for campaign optimization. - Market & Competitor Research:
Stay informed of the latest trends in digital advertising, media, and content marketing. Conduct competitive research to ensure LexisNexis is ahead of the curve in terms of media strategy and paid media trends. - Collaboration & Communication:
Work cross-functionally with teams across marketing, sales, and product to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing goals. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders to drive engagement and awareness.
Requirements: - Experience & Expertise:
- 2-4 years of experience in media planning, paid advertising, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms, social or display ad networks.
- Strong Analytical & Reporting Skills:
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and optimize media strategies.
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media ad managers, and campaign tracking platforms.
- Content Integration & Messaging:
- Experience working with product marketing teams to integrate thematic content and ad campaigns into paid media strategies.
- Strong understanding of how paid media supports the customer journey and the overall marketing funnel.
- Attention to Detail & Project Management:
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to manage paid media budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal campaign spend.
- Creative & Collaborative Mindset:
- Collaborate with product marketing managers, designers and content teams to produce high-quality materials.
- Able to work effectively across teams to ensure campaign objectives are met.
- Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
