Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Client Care Coordinator for a Loudon, TN company specializing in home inspections. 

 

Client Care Coordinator responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service to clients and promoting the company's services
• Working closely with the inspection team to ensure each client is satisfied with the quality of the inspection services provided
• Scheduling client appointments, responding to client inquiries, and providing clients with timely updates regarding their inspection
• Build lasting relationships by engaging with each client
• Send reports, invoices and receipts as needed
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
•  

Qualified Client Care Coordinator candidates will:

- Be proficient with MS Office and comfortable working heavily on a computer

- Have familiarity of the East TN area for scheduling purposes

- Be a team player and have demonstrated experience with attention to detail

 

Schedule: 9 or 9:30 am until 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with the rare occasion to help cover some time on the weekends. 

 

Pays $14.00/hr with a pay increase after 90 days, depending on performance and attendance.
