About the Role

The Company is seeking a CIO for its Behavioral Health and Insights division. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of driving the future of healthcare, leading a team of technology and information professionals in the development and execution of a strategy-aligned business capabilities platform. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to create predictive, proactive, and personalized health solutions using the power of data and AI. The CIO will be responsible for a technology budget of $50-100M annually and must be prepared to manage change, digital transformation, and the adoption of Gen AI, with a focus on software development for behavioral health and insights. Key responsibilities include defining and overseeing technology strategy, architecture, and development, as well as establishing collaborative relationships with business users and technology partners. Candidates for the CIO position should have a minimum of 15 years experience in leading technology and/or data and analytics teams, with a Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related discipline. A strong background in digital delivery, including cloud-based, multi-tenant, advanced data analytics, and service experience solutions, is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in a bi-modal organization, with a proven track record in maintaining and servicing existing solutions while building and transforming new capabilities. Experience with SaaS solutions and a demonstrated ability to manage a diverse, global workforce in a virtual and hybrid environment are also required. The role demands a leader with the ability to motivate and coach staff, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive the company's technology initiatives.
