This is a senior finance leadership role with full ownership of financial operations across the Americas. Reporting into global HQ, you’ll oversee three manufacturing sites across three countries, leading all financial planning, controls, and performance initiatives in a business supplying world-class OEMs and Tier-1s.

You’ll manage a skilled regional finance team, influence strategic decisions, and shape commercial outcomes in a complex, multi-entity environment - backed by a stable European industrial group with global reach.

Your Role

As CFO Americas, you’ll lead financial excellence across the region - from planning and forecasting to compliance, risk, and transformation. You’ll be both a strategic partner and operational leader, driving insight, governance, and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee accounting, controlling, FP&A, audit, and compliance
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closes under IFRS and US GAAP
• Drive budget cycles, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts
• Manage cash, working capital, treasury, and investment approvals
• Own regulatory compliance and internal controls across jurisdictions
• Partner with executive teams on capex, pricing, margin, and business performance
• Champion finance transformation: ERP integration, automation, and BI tools

What You’ll Bring

• 12+ years of senior finance experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred)
• Proven leadership across multi-site, multi-country finance operations
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP (CPA or equivalent is a plus)
• Deep commercial acumen with plant/operations exposure (costing, margin, inventory)
• Experience leading finance transformation (ERP, digital tools, process automation)
• Fluent English; strong stakeholder management across cultures and time zones
