Job Summary:
Blue Coast Burrito is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Catering Coordinator to lead and grow our catering operations. In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand for catering clients, ensuring every order reflects the bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and exceptional service that make Blue Coast Burrito a local favorite. From office lunches to large group events, you’ll manage the process from first call to final delivery with a high level of care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for all catering inquiries and clients
• Accurately take and input catering orders, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and delivery team
• Oversee scheduling, delivery logistics, and proper food presentation for all catering events
• Assist with deliveries, setup, and on-site coordination when needed
• Build strong relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to drive catering growth
• Execute follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Support marketing initiatives to promote Blue Coast Burrito catering, including sampling and outreach
• Track catering performance metrics and report regularly to management
• Manage catering inventory and supplies to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in catering, restaurant operations, or customer service preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for delivery support if needed)
