Position: Afternoon Caregiver
Location: Clinton Township, MI
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: Weekdays, Afternoon Shifts (specific hours will vary)

Training: Paid Training Provided About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Afternoon Caregivers to join our team and provide care for individuals with special needs. As an Afternoon Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and fostering a positive environment. The role involves a variety of caregiving tasks in a supportive and encouraging environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including toileting, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of clients at all times.
• Follow care plans and communicate with family members and the care team.
• Encourage independence with light household tasks (e.g., cleaning, meal preparation, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals with special needs is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor.
• Ability to follow instructions and care plans.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must pass a background check.
