Paul Roca - State Farm Agency, located in Lake Worth, FL is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Bilingual, Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. This is a Front Office position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Customer Service Representative, you'll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Answer phones and greet clients.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

• Entry level with no experience will start at 14.00 per hour. Potential for earning bonus and increase once license is obtained.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Must be fluent in Spanish and English)
• Must have or be able to obtain customer representative 440 license within 90 days of start date (willing to cover cost of obtaining license if needed)
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

• Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
