Cresset’s goal is to reinvent the way people experience wealth by providing access to the talent, ideas, and investment opportunities available to the largest single-family offices and endowments. The firm is widely recognized for its excellence and is frequently ranked as a Barron’s and Forbes top RIA firm.
Who you would be working with:
The team at Cresset is a San Francisco-based wealth advisory group that delivers a full-service family office experience to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Led by two Managing Directors, the six-person team brings decades of experience and manages approximately $2 billion in client assets across 120 relationships. They take a deeply integrated, multi-generational approach to wealth management, providing comprehensive family office services that combine institutional-level resources with a high-touch, boutique experience.
At the core of the team’s approach is a holistic, goals-based wealth strategy that coordinates all aspects of a client’s financial life. The team acts as a family’s personal CFO, integrating investment management, tax planning, estate structuring, philanthropy, and liquidity event preparation. They collaborate closely with clients' attorneys, accountants, and trustees to develop cohesive, long-term strategies that preserve and grow wealth across generations.
Beyond investment management, the team provides family education, succession planning, and governance solutions to help younger generations prepare for responsible wealth stewardship. Their access to private investments, lending solutions, and complex financial structures makes them a trusted partner for entrepreneurs, multi-generational families, and executives seeking an integrated, seamless and sophisticated wealth management experience.
