Responsibilities:
- Provide overall administrative support to project teams and managers.
- Handle scheduling and coordination for project meetings.
- Expense reporting and budgeting tracking.
- Maintain files and project documentation.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role (construction industry a plus)
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Project management skills a plus
