We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to support our accounting department. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure the smooth processing of financial transactions. Looking for an Account Receivables: Monitor accounts on a daily basis Identify outstanding account receivables Take actions in order to encourage timely payments Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments Update account status records Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress Requirements: Masters in accounting Expert skills in quickbooks Work experience for atleast 5 years in working with quickbooks and handling accounting We will sponsor H1b if needed
