Position : BIM/Revit Manager

Work Hours : Monday - Friday (40hrs/week, PST Hours)

Pay Range : 1,000 - 1,800 USD / month

They are currently looking for an experienced BIM / Revit Manager to join their team

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and implementing BIM workflow and driving standard usage of BIM and Revit within and outside the firm.

• Provide end-user training, support, and leadership.

  • (1) managing and creating content library files and templates
  • (2) creating and enforcing standards
  • (3) evaluating project models

• Support project start-up coordination, helping teams develop strategies for effective delivery of quality documents, and set-up each project, thereby ensuring that each one is set up correctly.

• Oversee the use of BIM/Revit software firm-wide, including installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting all BIM installations as well as analyzing and solving BIM user issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture preferred. Technical Diploma from an accredited institute.
• 3 years minimum of BIM/Revit Management and Implementation
• 10 years minimum and possess a high/expert-level knowledge of BIM/Revit modeling, and Autodesk AutoCAD
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows-based systems (Word, Excel, Project, etc.).
• Ability to encourage and train effectively and tactfully.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Research developments in the industry to “keep ahead of the curve” so that all of our Revit users have the appropriate tools & skillsets to be productive.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment.

Equipment Requirements:

• Dedicated and quiet workroom with good lighting for conducting business calls.
• Reliable and stable internet connection for seamless communication. 
• A computer or laptop with up-to-date software and hardware capabilities.
• Headset or headphones with a microphone for clear audio during calls.
• Webcam for video conferences and virtual meetings.
