Job Description

Paraprofessionals are needed to support students in a K-12 school setting located in Keene, NH. This contract position offers full-time roles for the current school year (CSY). Five openings are available for paraeducators to provide either 1:1 support or classroom assistance across PreK-12 grades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized support to students in 1:1 or classroom settings
• Assist with academic and behavioral interventions under the guidance of teachers
• Support student engagement and participation in instructional activities
• Monitor student progress and report observations to teaching staff
• Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or working with students in educational settings preferred
• Ability to provide focused, patient, and attentive 1:1 support when needed
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Flexibility to assist in various classroom environments with diverse learners
